I grew up in a small town in Iowa, where a strong work ethic prevails and helping your neighbor was the Saturday morning routine. I found those same values in Denver's urban neighborhoods when I moved here 22 years ago, and I still love living here.
Married for 18 years, my husband Rick and I live in a Denver Square that we converted back to a single-family residence from 3 apartments. I've experienced the highs and lows of restoring a vintage beauty, and in turn I am better equipped to guide my clients into smart choices when buying or selling their own vintage home. Rick is also an agent with Nostalgic Homes and our ability to work as a team is a huge benefit to both our clients and us.
I was drawn to Nostalgic Homes when starting my real estate career because of their excellent reputation for selling and marketing vintage homes in central neighborhoods. In my ninth year with Nostalgic Homes, I'm proud to be part of a small, locally owned company that treats each client like they're family.
