I graduated from one of the best universities in the country-The University of Chicago-where I researched how parks, great views, and native landscaping affect real estate values. This experience taught me that valuing a home deserves far more research than pulling sales information on other homes in your neighborhood. After college, I began doing research in Colorado for a private real estate investment company. My ability to collect, analyze, and interpret market data eventually landed me a job in Denver as a residential property manager. I became meticulous about great organization, presentation, and service. I love working with people, being out in the community, answering difficult questions, and finding solutions to any problem that may arise during a transaction.
