"I just went through three transactions with Leigh. I was selling two rental condominiums in order to buy something in California. We discussed timing and process and Leigh was very helpful in helping me prepare the first condo for sale. I needed to do a few cosmetic touches in order to get top dollar (which we did) on the first. The second was a bit more tricky as it was not in a nearly as desirable complex as the first, and it was going to need to be a 1031 exchange. As that unit went under contract, I was rejected on my offer in California and then decided to invest in just one unit locally as the other places in California didn't check all my boxes. So in this market, in order to get something good, Leigh and I started searching here as the time frame on the 1031 is very limited. We found a good one and the seller was expecting multiple offers but Leigh was able to get my offer under contract over the others. There were a few glitches that needed to be overcome and of course, I was panicking slightly, but Leigh was very professional and always explained all my options clearly. You definitely need a conscientious professional in any market, but in the current Denver market you need someone like Leigh. She is my third realtor in Denver and by far the best of the three.
