“Our selling and buying transactions were both difficult experiences that required a steady hand and proven professional to guide my wife and I. Thankfully we had that person in ashton jenkins. It took six months and 64showings to sell our home due to the remarkable buyers market climate and challenging layout. This took a great amount of patience and we wanted to give up many times. Ashton did not allow us to get too frustrated while also balancing honest feedback and advise. Once we got an offer, the buyer was extremely difficult to deal with and his realtor knew nothing about buying an older home. This lead to an incredible laundry list of unrealistic inspection items. The buyer was picky about even how we fixed things. We wanted to kill the deal several times and find a new buyer. Once again ashton’s professional advise and guidance rang true. He explained that he had been through this many times before and had handymen that could handle everything. He coordinated everything and dealt with the buyer almost daily.
