Arturo Bugarin is a second-generation Denver native who grew up on the North Side of Denver in the Sloan's Lake/Highlands area. Shortly after graduating from Metro State University of Denver, he entered the real estate business in 2001 as a Sales Executive for a national title insurance company. He been trained in advanced negotiation techniques and approaches.

In his spare time, Art enjoys a good happy hour with friends, the sounds of a great music playlist, and reading a good book. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his business partner and significant other Yohalis, his two sons Alex and Armando, and his two dogs, a Bulldog named Leo and an American Bully named Otis.
