I'm a Denver-based real estate professional with Compass on the Nostalgic Homes Group and leader of the Highland Sales Team, bringing over 20 years of experience in Colorado real estate since becoming licensed in 2002. As a fourth-generation Coloradan, I have deep familiarity with Denver Metro neighborhoods including Sloan's Lake, Arvada, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, and surrounding communities, as well as the Winter Park and Grand County mountain markets.
My expertise includes residential resale, new construction and development sales, relocation services, investment properties, and mountain resort real estate. As both a team leader and experienced agent, I combine leadership, market knowledge, and hands-on transaction experience. My personal ownership of rental properties in Denver, Jefferson, and Grand County adds an investor-minded perspective that helps my clients evaluate opportunities with clarity and confidence.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 30+ years and visiting our daughter, who is studying law in Charleston. Life is also shared with a couple of very energetic beagles, along with time spent watching and playing sports, biking, volunteering when possible, and traveling—often including visits to other real estate markets for perspective and inspiration. I see real estate as a continuous learning experience and am always looking for ways to grow and better serve my clients.
