Whether you've been a Colorado Local for years, or are just experiencing fall on the Front Range for the first time, you'll enjoy seeing the beautiful transformation of the Aspen leaves. From soft green to vibrant yellow, the turning Aspen leaves make a picturesque drive for everyone. They shimmer and rustle when the wind blows and sometimes even cascade across your car in a strong gust. You might even catch a peek at some of the mountain wildlife along the way! Peak Aspen color in 2022 is expected from mid-September through early October for the regions West of Denver.

Low inventory continues to challenge buyers in the Denver Metro market. From October to November, the month-end active inventory dropped by more than 33%. If these trends continue, we could be looking ahead to one of the most competitive years we've seen in 2022!

This hasn't stopped buyers and sellers from taking the plunge. 2021 has recorded more home purchases year-to-date than any of the previous five years and home values continue to grow. While interest rates remain low, that isn't guaranteed to continue into next year.
