Sunnyside is a neighborhood in Central Denver. W 48th Ave S bounds the community to the north, W 38th ave to the south, Inca Street to the east and Federal Boulevard to the west. Sunnyside is reaping the benefits of the hugely popular Berkely and Highland neighborhoods. It deserves to because this is a beautiful neighborhood. The area used to be the wrong side of town. Now, it’s the right side if you want to be where the action is.

Sunnyside Community Amenities

The neighborhood offers four parks that you and your family can enjoy. Pecos and 46th Park, Chaffee Park, Ciancio Park and Columbus Park are within the area. Sunnyside does not have as many dining options as Berkeley, but that’s not a problem since it’s so close to that neighborhood. Driving along Federal, there is a surprisingly green feel for an area this close to Downtown and major highways. It’s a residential neighborhood in the heart of the city, close to everything yet lacking none of the amenities of suburban areas that are further away.
