After earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, I began a decade-long career in finance managing $1.5B in investment sales. In 2008, I recognized an opportunity to excel in real estate was at my fingertips and boldly made the career transition while others were fleeing the market. I have since expanded my portfolio of experience to span residential single-family and multi-family markets across the Denver Metro region. Along the way, I developed personal investment renovation experience as CEO of Colorado Home Transformations.

My hands-on experience in transforming distressed properties has evolved into an expert ability to guide clients with renovation recommendations to maximize value for both buyers and sellers.
