University Park

University Park Wellshire is a neighborhood in the south part of Denver. Valley highway borders it to the north, E. Hampden Avenue to the south, S. Colorado Boulevard to the east & S. University Boulevard to the west. University Park & Wellshire are separate neighborhoods. Potential residents who most of the time work in DU might settle in either area.
