Elyria-Swansea is a neighborhood in North Denver, Colorado. The northern border of the area is the boundary with Adams County. The eastern edge is Colorado Boulevard. The southern border is 38th Street and 40th Avenue, and the western border is the South Platte River. There are many large manufacturers in the neighborhood. Elyria and Swansea began as distinct towns in the late 1800s, settled by Slavic and Welsh immigrants.
