Mar Lee is a neighborhood in West Denver. W Mississippi Ave bounds the area to the North, S Federal Blvd to the East, W Jewell Ave to the South and S Sheridan Blvd to the West. Mar Lee is a better neighborhood than many other southwest Denver spots. Housing costs here are much lower than the average Denver neighborhood. An old urban community, with a lot of character and diversity. Construction is mostly tract homes that have residents who have lived there for decades.
