University Hills

University Hills is a neighborhood bordered by Interstate 25 north, Downing street west, University Boulevard East and Denver/Englewood boundary to the south. The residential neighborhoods that spread out along the southeast here are somewhat surprising given its borders. Spacious, wealthy residential areas with some exclusive private schools are common in the area. It has a slightly out-of-the-way feel to it, being a bit cut off from the inner city.

University Hills Community Amenities

University Hills has a bit of a surprising mix of areas. The northwest point has somewhat oversized businesses. Colorado Blvd is primarily a business strip, and this end has big stores, a large movie theater complex, plentiful restaurants, and a Dave & Busters. University hills also have two parks namely Mamie D Eisenhower Park and Magna Carta Park which is a known soccer field beside the Wellshire golf course.
