Two flower gardens, one of which is a replica of George Washington’s gardens at Mount Vernon. Exciting shopping and dining nearby especially on Old South Gaylord Street. If you want to go swimming with your family, the Washington Park Recreation Center is an excellent place to go. There is also the Washington Park Boathouse for special events as well as renting boats for a fun day.

There are also many school districts supporting Denver with Denver 1 School District getting the best results. A few of the schools you might want to consider are Lincoln Elementary School, Steele Elementary School, South High School, Merrill Middle School and Grant Beacon Middle School. 44.3% of the Denver population have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, and 91.3% finished High School. Colorado has the SchoolChoice program which allows students to transfer from one school to another.
