West Highland

West Highland is a neighborhood located Northwest of Denver that is bordered by West 38th Avenue to the north, West 29th Avenue to the south, Federal Boulevard to the east, and Sheridan Boulevard to the west. West Highland serves as the slightly more affordable and family-friendly version of the Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood to the east. Here you'll find idyllic tree-lined streets with a primarily single-family homes ranging from historic to new construction, and offering limited condominiums and townhomes. The center of the community rests at 32nd and Lowell, dubbed "Highlands Square."
