Windsor is a neighborhood located on the Eastern part of downtown Denver that is bordered by E Alameda Avenue to the North, E Mississippi Avenue to the South, S Havana street to the East and Quebec st to the West. Windsor is a neighborhood of large apartment, condo, and town-home complexes. Given such evocative names as “Windsor Towers” and “Lighthouse at the Breakers,” these developments mostly seem well-tended, with balconies, fresh paint, ample parking, and beautiful landscaping and trees.
